Sweet & Sour Beef and Cabbage Soup
1.5 lbs. lean ground beef
32 oz. beef broth
2 C. apple cider vinegar
1/2 cabbage head, sliced thinly
1 C. carrots, sliced thinly
1/4 C. sliced green onions
Brown the ground beef, drain fat.
Add in carrots, sauté until carrots are tender.
Add in cabbage, sauté with beef and carrots until cabbage is tender.
Add in apple cider vinegar and beef broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Ladle into bowls, top with sliced green onions.
